No purchase is necessary to win! Giveaway will run while supplies last.
Eligibility
All residents of South Milwaukee and the surrounding areas are eligible to win. Winners must be able to pick up their prize at the South Milwaukee City Hall. You may only win once, and duplicate sign-ups will not be eligible.
How to Enter
To enter, submit your name and email address in the form above and opt-in to Sam’s mailing list. You must be subscribed at the time of the drawing to win, but you may unsubscribe at any time after that.
Entry Period
Five winners will be selected after the last day of each month. Selections will be made at random from the pool of newly-subscribed email addresses during that month. Odds of winning are dependent on the number of entries received each month.
Selection and Notification of the Winner
Winners will be notified via email within 1 week of the drawing, and must reply to accept. Replies received after 30 days may not be able to be honored. To accept and collect your prize, reply with your t-shirt size and pick up your shirt at South Milwaukee City Hall.
In the event that 1 or more winners are unable to accept their prizes, Sam and his friends may elect to draw alternate winners at their discretion.
